Role overview
We are seeking two motivated and detail\-oriented Architecture Interns to support our team in the development, coordination, and management of architectural projects. These internships offer an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience in project analysis, licensing processes, and construction execution, while working closely with experienced architects and project managers.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the analysis of technical projects and assist in monitoring licensing processes and construction execution.
* Collaborate in the preparation of schedules, work breakdown structures, and other technical documentation.
* Prepare supporting materials and documents for meetings with designers, contractors, and external entities.
* Contribute to the organization and continuous updating of project documentation.
* Participate in internal and external meetings, as required.
* Assist in drafting technical reports and facilitate communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
* Current student or recent graduate in Architecture.
* Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, engineering specialties, and infrastructure projects.
* Basic knowledge of licensing, planning, and construction execution processes.
* Familiarity with technical tools such as AutoCAD and/or 3D modeling software.
* Ability to collaborate in the preparation of project schedules, work breakdown structures, and meeting documentation.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive attitude, responsibility, and autonomy, with the ability to identify solutions and contribute to continuous improvement.
* Interest in urbanization projects, land development, and both public and private works.
* Aptitude for assisting in the production of technical reports and in stakeholder communication.
