Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Manager to coordinate and supervise the execution of construction and renovation works for hotel units, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements. We aim to strengthen our Projects Department by hiring a Site Manager. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the execution of construction and renovation works for hotel units; * Ensure compliance with deadlines, work quality, and on-site safety regulations; * Manage work teams and ensure coordination among different specialties; * Monitor and control works carried out by subcontractors and suppliers; * Ensure proper use of materials, equipment, and resources on site; * Interpret technical drawings and ensure their accurate implementation; * Identify needs and report project progress to the project management team; * Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and occupational safety regulations. **Profile:** * Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably in hotel projects; * Technical knowledge of civil construction and ability to read technical drawings; * Ability to coordinate teams and manage operational activities on site; * Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and leadership; * Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills; * Knowledge of safety and quality standards in construction; * Willingness to travel; * Driver's license (preferred). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role and demonstrated experience; * Integration into a young and dynamic team; * Participation in challenging and distinctive projects; * Benefits currently in effect at the company.
