GAL \- Gestão de Alojamento Local, a company specialized in managing tourist accommodations, is seeking dedicated and responsible Concierges to join our Lisbon team. Main Responsibilities: Guest reception and assistance during check\-in and check\-out; Availability to attend to guests' needs throughout their stay; Providing information regarding transportation, dining, tourist attractions, and other local recommendations; Arranging additional services (maintenance, etc.); Representing our brand's excellence and hospitality at every check\-in. Requirements: Availability to conduct check\-ins and check\-outs during weekdays, weekends, and holidays; Flexible working hours (this is not a full\-time position, ideal for retirees, students, or individuals with complementary activities); Professional appearance, friendliness, and strong customer orientation; Familiarity with the city of Lisbon (restaurants, tourist attractions, transportation, etc.); Foreign language skills are valued (especially English, French, and Spanish); Responsibility and punctuality are essential. Conditions: Compensation per check\-in/visit: between €16.50 and €20.00, with potential additional extras depending on services provided; Flexibility and autonomy in time management; Integration into a dynamic team focused on excellence in guest service.
