Who are we looking for? ##### **Windows Systems Administrator** **\- Hybrid (Lisbon)** **Main responsibilities:** * Second- and third-level support * 24/7 support with preventive shift coverage * Knowledge of procedures and participation in task automation processes * Communication with technical teams * Creation and updating of documentation and support materials for services * Analysis, documentation, and improvement of internal processes and tools * Incident and problem analysis and resolution * Vulnerability analysis and resolution * Implementation, migration, administration, and support of multi-technology platforms **Mandatory technical skills and knowledge:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities * Use and administration of Microsoft environments * Familiarity with IT best-practice frameworks/tools such as ITIL, ISO20000 * Scripting languages (PowerShell) * TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS * Microsoft Operating Systems (Client and Server) * Administration and management of Microsoft platforms * Active Directory * Creation, implementation, and management of GPOs * Knowledge of the F5 platform **Desirable technical skills and knowledge:** * Experience with cloud-based environments (Preferred: Microsoft Azure) * Experience with Unix/Linux environments * Management, administration, and operation of SCCM (System Configuration Manager) infrastructures * Creation of runbooks in MS Orchestrator * WSUS management and administration **Location:** Lisbon **Work arrangement:** Hybrid (3 days per week in the office).
