Functional Analyst (3\-5 years) Lisbon, Hybrid (3 days per week in the office). **Main Responsibilities:** * Business Intelligence functional analyst. * Analyze and document business requirements for BI projects. * Design and develop BI data models. * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into technical specifications. * Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure data quality. * Provide training and support to BI tool users. **Mandatory Skills and Technical Knowledge:** * SQL * Understanding of fundamental BI modeling concepts (dimensional modeling: Star Schema and/or Snowflake) * Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, both in relational systems (source systems) and BI systems * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business units, translating business requirements into technical specifications (data model construction and ETL mapping rules) **Location:** Lisbon **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid (3 days per week in the office).
