Who are we looking for? ##### **Data Architect \- Hybrid (Lisbon)** **Responsibilities:** * Define and design end\-to\-end data architecture for a modern cloud platform * Lead the implementation of Lakehouse architectures based on Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Spark, Delta) * Define scalable and reusable data ingestion standards * Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions * Ensure alignment between data architecture and analytical/operational use cases * Define best practices for data modeling, governance, and performance * Contribute to architectural decisions with a focus on flexibility and technological independence (multi\-cloud readiness) * Collaborate with engineering teams on implementation using PySpark and APIs * Promote a culture of innovation, pragmatism, and continuous improvement **Technology Stack:** * Cloud architecture (Microsoft ecosystem) * Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, APIs) * Apache Spark / PySpark * Python * Data Lakehouse (Delta) * Data integration via APIs **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Data Architect or in a similar senior role * Strong expertise in modern data architectures (Lakehouse, Data Platforms) * Practical experience with Python and PySpark * Experience in cloud environments (Microsoft preferred but not mandatory) * Solid knowledge of data modeling, data ingestion, and data lifecycle management * Ability to align business needs with technical solutions * Banking sector experience is a plus * Fluent English **Location:** Lisbon **Work arrangement:** Hybrid (2 days per week at Tagus Park).
