Responsibilities: Greet and serve customers according to brand standards; Basic knowledge of cocktail preparation and related procedures; Perform cleaning and hygiene tasks to ensure the bar remains in excellent condition; Use restaurant/shop materials, utensils, and equipment correctly; Report customer complaints to the immediate supervisor; Comply fully with HACCP requirements. Profile: Proven prior experience in similar roles; Bachelor’s degree or training in hospitality (preferred); Foreign language skills — spoken English (mandatory); Strong communication skills and ability to build empathy with any audience, ensuring excellent service; Deep customer focus and adherence to service standards; Professional appearance.
