We are currently looking for a **Backend Software Architect – Financial Sector (.NET)** **Requirements:** * **Responsibilities** * Propose and implement backend architecture enhancements focused on performance, scalability, and security. * Engage in backend development using the **Microsoft stack (.NET, C\#)**. * Design and optimize data models on the **MSSQL Server platform**. * Define best development practices and support technical teams in their implementation. * Contribute frontend knowledge (**HTML and JavaScript**) in integration contexts with the backend. * Ensure solutions comply with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, PSD2\) and security standards (e.g., OWASP, secure authentication). * Collaborate with product, QA, security, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. * **Mandatory Requirements:** * \+6 years of experience in backend development with **.NET/C\#**. * \+2 years of experience in architecture of complex systems. * Proficiency in **Microsoft SQL Server** (data modeling, performance tuning, stored procedures). * Solid knowledge of **HTML and JavaScript**. * Experience with REST APIs and secure authentication (OAuth2, JWT). * Experience in regulated enterprise or financial environments. * Best practices in version control, continuous integration, and security. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the financial sector (banking, insurance, fintech). * Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms. * Knowledge of messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus). * Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, MCSD). * Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular) is a plus. **Location:** Lisbon **Work Mode:** Hybrid What We Offer? ➡ An innovative and growing company offering numerous professional development opportunities. ➡ Compensation aligned with your experience and performance.
