Support in order management and supplier coordination. Telephone customer service and client support. Workshop support (service scheduling and recordkeeping). Requirements Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a workshop setting. Solid knowledge of billing processes and computer tools (Excel, management software). Spoken and written English (intermediate level or higher). Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
