Develop Design Prototypes for Training Management Systems **Location:** Oeiras, Portugal **Security Clearance:** NATO Secret **Reference No:** RFQ 2025\-0320 / Oeiras **Skills, knowledge, experience required:** * UI/UX Design Expertise: Proven knowledge and hands\-on experience in UI/UX design for digital products and services; * Experience in JIRA Design and Customisation; * Experience in Moodle Customisation. **Desirable:** * Knowledge and experience with Agile implementation methodology (e.g., sprint\-based delivery); * Ability to advise on visual hierarchy and UX best practices for e\-learning interfaces; * Experience with training platforms (e.g., Training Management Systems, Adaptive Learning platforms). **Duties/role:** * Developing, drafting and producing Design Prototype for a TMS suitable to the Academy; * Processing CI updates, ensuring traceability and data integrity; * UI Testing and Iteration Report. **Additional information:** If you are interested, for further information, please contact the point of contact for this offer.
