Summary: Supervise daily production activities, coordinate operators, monitor performance, and ensure material availability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Highlights: 1. Flexible schedule with potential hybrid work after training ROLE: Supervise daily production activities, ensuring compliance with targets, quality standards, and safety procedures within a food/supplement manufacturing environment; Coordinate production operators to guarantee smooth and efficient workflow; Monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions when needed; Plan production activities and maintain accurate operational records; Ensure timely availability of materials required for production processes; Report production performance, incidents, and deviations to the Production Manager; Support the training and onboarding of new production team members. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or related field (preferred); Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments; Prior experience in team leadership (preferred); Strong organisational and problem\-solving skills; Ability to perform in a fast\-paced production setting; Good knowledge of Excel and general digital tools; Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and attention to detail.
