Positive work environment focused on quality and rigor REPSOL IN SINES IS SEEKING TO HIRE **Maintenance Work Planner** We are looking for a professional to work at the Sines Industrial Complex as a Planner for static and dynamic equipment. Your main mission will be preparing work packages for maintenance execution on static equipment and other trades, in accordance with the Company’s Ethics and Conduct Principles and Safety, Environment, and Quality procedures. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Apply planning techniques based on work preparations to promote coordination of sequential activities and ensure availability of necessary resources for project execution; * Schedule and plan according to agreed deadlines and assign tasks to relevant stakeholders; * Monitor and control project execution to implement necessary adjustments due to delays or accelerations, whenever justified by circumstances; * Execute and monitor preventive maintenance programs; * Prepare statistical reports related to maintenance activities; * Draft service specifications/tender documents and validate technical proposals for materials and services. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 12th grade education, with experience in preparation, planning, and budgeting of maintenance work across various specialties; * Experience in executing or coordinating/supervising maintenance work on site; * Proficiency in standard computer tools, including SAP (preferred) and Microsoft Project; * Solid knowledge of static and dynamic equipment maintenance, welded construction, and applied materials; * Positive attitude, initiative, collaboration and teamwork, responsibility, and results orientation; * Languages: Portuguese \- Native language, English \- B1, Spanish \- B1\. **WE OFFER** A positive work environment oriented towards quality and rigor.
