We value organized, proactive individuals with strong attention to detail, capable of ensuring rigorous accounting management and contributing to the company's sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: \- Management of accounting entries; \- Accounting reconciliations and financial control; \- Support for monthly and annual closings; \- Support for internal audits and internal control; \- Support for continuous process improvement; \- Participation in automation and task optimization projects; \- Collaboration with various departments across the company. Requirements: \- Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or Finance; \- Professional experience of 12–24 months in similar roles; \- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel; \- Analytical mindset, autonomy, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: \- Experience in an international corporate environment and/or Big4 firms; \- Knowledge of English and Spanish (preferred); \- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Navision).
