If you care differently, you belong here. **Mission** Join the Immunodermatology Sales Team in Portugal, reporting to the Sales Leader and ensuring implementation of the commercial strategy in the **north and central zone**. Join us and make a difference! **Roles and Responsibilities** * Responsible for promoting biologic medications at the hospital level to Dermatology and Immunology-Allergy specialists, as well as certain Pharmacy Services. * Acquire, maintain up-to-date, and effectively communicate in-depth knowledge of therapeutic areas and medications under responsibility, to ensure business volume growth in the territory and achievement of sales targets. * Develop thorough market knowledge, including competitors, accounts under responsibility, and other aspects related to the context of the north/central region of Portugal. * Ensure up-to-date customer file segmentation and comply with visit frequency and territory coverage requirements, utilizing all available tools, including CLM and VAE. * Possess data analysis capability, and ability to develop, implement and monitor specific action plans to sustainably achieve regional objectives, as well as provide strategic and competitive intelligence to Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs and Access teams. * Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, particularly in teamwork and in building high-quality, long-term relationships with stakeholders. * Ensure full compliance with internal and external compliance guidelines. **Academic Qualifications and Professional Experience** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Health Sciences is preferred but not mandatory. * Prior experience as a sales representative, preferably in hospital pharmaceuticals. * Experience in dermatology and/or immunology-allergy is also a preferred qualification. * Experience launching new medications in a hospital setting. * High proficiency in IT (Office suite, CRM…) and good command of English. **Competencies** * Technical expertise in health sciences, particularly in immunology and immune-mediated diseases * Excellent verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with motivational and persuasive delivery. * Positive mindset, resilience, entrepreneurial spirit and strong adaptability to a constantly evolving environment. * Ability to build solid professional relationships with stakeholders. * Excellent organizational, planning, analytical, prioritization and action plan implementation skills. * Creative and autonomous approach to commercial challenges. * Absolute focus on professional ethics and integrity.
