Job Summary: Delnext is recruiting a Project & Procurement Manager to strengthen the Operations team, supporting the company's growth through strategic projects and logistics optimization. Possibility of remote work Delnext is currently recruiting a Project & Procurement Manager to reinforce the Operations team and support the company's development through the implementation of strategic projects, identification of new partners, and continuous optimization of logistics operations. We are seeking a professional with strong analytical skills, goal orientation, and excellent negotiation abilities, capable of independently managing projects and contributing to the evolution of operational processes. FUNCTION Plan, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of strategic projects; Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with national and international partners; Manage procurement processes, seeking the most advantageous commercial and operational solutions; Support the operations team in monitoring, analyzing, and improving logistics processes; Collaborate with various departments to ensure project success; Ensure adherence to deadlines, objectives, and requirements defined for each project. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or a related field (preferred); Experience in project management, procurement, operations, or similar roles; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus; Strong analytical capabilities and ability to process and analyze KPIs; Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with partners and suppliers; Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented profile; Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Knowledge of English is an advantage.
