At WINNING CONSULTING, we are looking for a **Senior AI Engineer** to join our teams in Lisbon *(Hybrid).* **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; * 5 years of experience in AI project analysis; * 5 years of experience in AI project design and conception; * 2 years of experience using Microsoft AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services/AI Services, or Foundry); * 1 year of experience using SDLC (Software\-Development\-Lifecycle) management tools such as Azure DevOps or equivalent; * Professional experience with Azure AI Foundry or Azure AI Studio; * Experience in system integration; * Proficiency in using Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services/AI Services, and Foundry); * Strong written and verbal communication skills; **PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS** * Professional experience with different types of models (text, real-time, audio, custom); * Experience leading AI projects; * Experience managing software projects in Azure DevOps; * Containerization skills (e.g., Docker); * Object-oriented programming skills, preferably C\# or Python; * Experience using Microsoft Semantic Kernel or Agent Framework; * Leadership skills; * Scope management skills; * Strategic thinking. **Who Are We?** Winning Consulting is a consulting firm offering advisory, training, recruitment, and research services.
