Dynamic and innovative working environment #### **About the Financial Controller Role** The client company, part of an **internationally renowned group specializing in automotive component manufacturing**, is currently recruiting a **Controlling Technician** to strengthen its team. **Key Responsibilities** **Payroll** * Payroll processing, with direct reporting to the line manager; * Communication of **statutory labor reporting obligations** to relevant authorities (Social Security, Compensation Funds, Insurance); * Analysis and **clarification of payroll-related issues** with various stakeholders, especially employees. **Controlling** * Preparation of **analytical management support reports**; * Monitoring of **current costs and revenues**; * Analysis of **forecasted costs and revenues**; * Monitoring and analysis of **departmental budget variances**. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in **Accounting** (preferred), Management, Economics, Finance, or related field; * Completed **Master's degree** (preferred); * Professional experience between **0 and 5 years** in similar roles; * Registration or ongoing accreditation process with the **Order of Certified Accountants** will be considered an asset (non-eliminatory); * Strong analytical and **problem-solving skills**; * High level of **attention to detail** and strong organizational abilities; * **Good communication skills** and interpersonal relationship capabilities; ### **Benefits** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role and level of responsibility; * Employment contract type aligned with candidate profile; * Opportunity for professional development in the field; * Training tailored to company and role requirements; * Possibility to join a world-renowned automotive component manufacturing group, operating in a dynamic and innovative environment.
