As part of an ambitious expansion project in Portugal, Sedgwick seeks professionals with experience in technical insurance claims. Candidates must hold a degree in Engineering or Architecture, or possess relevant prior experience and at least five years of experience as an insurance expert. We value experience in industrial risk inspections, as well as in consulting, industrial construction and installation, and maintenance. You will be supported by a large team of professionals combining experience, training, a positive work environment, and job stability. **Your Responsibilities:** * Inspecting damage and conducting investigations necessary to accurately determine the causes and circumstances of insurance claims. * Conducting economic assessments of damages. * Analyzing applicable policies and coverage. * Preparing technical expert reports, either independently or in collaboration with other departments within the company. Liaising with all involved parties until resolution of the claim. * **Your Experience:** * Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or Architecture. * Advanced English (professional fluency). * Analytical ability, project management skills, organization, and planning. * Strong oral and written communication skills.
