Our expertise extends to developing backend solutions using renowned frameworks, providing a solid foundation for your digital needs. **About the Role** * Technically lead the development team (front\-end and back\-end) * Define and implement solution architecture based on the MERN stack * Develop, implement, and maintain scalable integrations and APIs * Build and optimize high-performance backend systems * Ensure best practices in development, code quality, and performance * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, Business) **What Skills Are We Looking For?** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field * \+6 years of software development experience * Experience in technical leadership and architecture definition * Strong proficiency in React/Next.js and Node.js/NestJS * Experience with REST APIs and databases (MongoDB and/or SQL) * Knowledge of Git and development best practices * Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork ability * Proficiency in spoken and written English **Who Are We?** We are Glintt Global, a leading consulting and technology services company in the Iberian Peninsula, with over 30 years of experience.
