As part of our continued growth, we are seeking Site Preparers to join our technical team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Reading and interpreting architectural drawings, transforming them into tangible solutions; * Detailed technical preparation of glazing systems; * Analyzing technical drawings and performing on-site measurements; * Planning and controlling materials and production processes; * Providing technical support to field teams, promoting effective solutions; * Participating in client meetings to define optimal solutions; * Collaborating to identify efficient, project-specific solutions. **Technical Competencies:** * Minimum education level: 12th grade; * Education in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field (preferred); * Minimum of 2–3 years’ professional experience in the field (preferred); * Experience with Prefsuite software; * Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software; * Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings; * Familiarity with glazing and façade systems; * Valid driver’s license. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Attention to detail and rigor; * Planning and organizational skills; * Critical thinking and sense of responsibility; * Strong communication and teamwork abilities; * Initiative, proactivity, and willingness to learn; * Problem-solving focus and results orientation. **What We Offer:** * Integration into a solid and growing company; * Opportunity for professional growth and development; * Collaborative and dynamic work environment; * Participation in diverse, large-scale projects; * Recognition and appreciation of demonstrated talent.
