Set tables according to event type and service standards. Answer guest questions regarding menu selections. Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu-related inquiries, wait times, re-preparation orders, and product inventory. Relay guest dietary requirements, allergies, restrictions, and special requests to the kitchen. Record transactions in the MICROS system at the time of order. Confirm guest satisfaction with each meal course and beverage. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tableware, glassware, etc., throughout the day. Complete closing duties including restocking items and turning off lights. Present guests with accurate, physical invoices and process payments. Comply with all company and safety/security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management; complete safety training and certification. Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance; safeguard confidential information; protect company assets. Welcome, recognize, and anticipate the service needs of all guests in accordance with company standards; assist guests with disabilities; sincerely thank guests. Communicate clearly and professionally with others. Build positive workplace relationships; support the team in achieving common goals; actively listen to and appropriately respond to concerns raised by other employees.
