At Premier Tech Water and Environment, we are seeking a Technical Specifier. As a Technical Specifier, you will play a key role in promoting sustainable solutions for water management and treatment in Portugal, working closely with engineering teams, specifiers, and sector stakeholders. **Your future workplace** * Montijo, Portugal **Your future team:** Premier Tech Water and Environment develops sustainable solutions for wastewater treatment, rainwater harvesting, stormwater management, liquid storage, and organic waste recycling. With a global presence and strong local expertise, we help address today’s and tomorrow’s environmental challenges. This position reports to the Sales Director. **Key Responsibilities:** * Promote Premier Tech solutions to engineering, architecture, and technical consulting firms across the national territory * Ensure inclusion and specification of liquid storage, wastewater and stormwater treatment and reuse solutions in tender documents and construction projects * Establish and develop relationships with public and private sector entities, including municipal councils, water and sanitation network operators, regulatory bodies, and sectoral associations * Collaborate closely with the Technical and Estimating Department, contributing to defining and preparing solutions tailored to each project’s needs * Participate in improving and updating technical documentation, product datasheets, and specifications, ensuring compliance with Portuguese market requirements and standards * Cooperate with the national sales team, ensuring efficient transition of specifications into commercial opportunities whenever projects advance to execution phase * Support identification and qualification of technical leads, ensuring their proper registration and follow-up in the CRM * Create, manage, and update databases of engineering firms, specifiers, and target entities, segmented by project type, region, and influence potential **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental, Civil, Sanitary, Hydraulic Engineering, or a related field * Additional qualifications in water resource management, sustainability, or water treatment are valued * Minimum 3 years of experience in technical or commercial roles related to the water, construction, or environmental sectors * Knowledge of wastewater and stormwater treatment and reuse systems * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; Salesforce experience is an advantage * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Autonomy, rigor, and planning ability * Technical curiosity and continuous learning mindset **What we offer:** * Integration into an internationally renowned company in the water and environmental sustainability sector * A role with direct impact on developing projects and solutions for the Portuguese market * An innovative, collaborative, and dynamic work environment with experienced technical and commercial teams * Ongoing technical training and genuine internal growth opportunities * Competitive remuneration package, commensurate with experience and candidate profile **Do you see yourself in this challenge?** If you want to contribute to sustainable solutions with real impact and believe your talent can make a difference, we would love to meet you
