Exposure to different areas of the organization We are seeking an intern to join the Operations – Strategy \& Execution team, focusing on continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives. This 12-month internship provides direct exposure to real operational challenges, contributing to increased business efficiency. ROLE: Participate in continuous improvement and operational and logistical process optimization projects; Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions; Collaborate with various teams (Operations, IT, Production \& Product Development, among others) to implement improvements; Support data analysis and dashboard development (Excel, Power BI); Track projects from problem identification through solution implementation; Prepare documentation and reports supporting developed projects. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Operations Management, Industrial Management, or Logistics; Proficiency in Excel (mandatory) and knowledge of Power BI (preferred); Strong analytical ability and interest in data-oriented work; Ability to identify problems and structure solutions; Proactivity and autonomy; Good communication skills and ease of collaboration across departments; Strong organizational sense and attention to detail.
