Care Assistant for Nursing Home The MHAS Nursing Home seeks to strengthen its geriatric care assistant team by hiring 3 assistants to join the team. Profile: - Interest in working with elderly people; - Sense of responsibility and proactivity; - Availability to work rotating shifts; - Enjoyment of teamwork; - Empathetic and cordial personality. Main Responsibilities: - Attend to residents' hygiene and comfort; - Assist residents during meal times; - Promote users' autonomy and well-being; - Assist with residents' mobility and transfers; - Administer oral medication under clinical team supervision and guidance; - Accompany residents in recreational activities; - Maintain and prioritize organization and balance of the environment.
