Position Available: Receptionist Location: Lisbon Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally. Provide information about hotel services and local tourist attractions. Assist guests with special requests, inquiries, and reservations. Answer telephone calls and deliver excellent customer support. Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage shift tasks, including cash handling, report preparation, and stock control. Guide guests to various hotel services. Ideal Candidate Profile: Previous experience in similar roles. User-level computer skills. Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are an asset. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
