Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Work Planner to work at the Sines Industrial Complex, focusing on preparing and optimizing equipment maintenance activities, in accordance with principles of ethics, safety, environment, and quality. We are looking for a professional to work at the Sines Industrial Complex as a Maintenance Work Planner. Your main mission will be to prepare work packages for equipment maintenance execution, taking into account the Company's established principles of Ethics and Conduct, and Safety, Environment, and Quality procedures. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Use technical data to study and define operational methods for manufacturing and/or repair, aiming at optimal utilization of labor, machinery, and materials; assign execution times; and specify machines, tools, materials, and spare parts; * Diagnose equipment failures within the area under your responsibility; * Define repair methods and provide inputs to develop specifications for specific services, performing technical analysis of proposals; * Propose studies or acquisition of tools and/or application of solutions necessary for proper intervention execution or aimed at reducing its cost, issuing technical opinions on specifications of directly applicable materials. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum of 12th grade education, with experience in preparation, planning, and budgeting of maintenance work across various specialties; * Experience in executing and/or coordinating/supervising maintenance work on site; * Proficiency in end-user computer tools, including SAP; * Knowledge of civil construction; * Knowledge of and ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, isometrics, equipment data sheets, and material lists; * Positive attitude, initiative, collaboration, teamwork, responsibility, and results orientation; * Good knowledge of English and Spanish. **WE OFFER** * Positive work environment focused on quality and rigor. * Competitive remuneration and social benefits commensurate with the role and level of experience. **Repsol is committed to equal opportunity.
