Aqualuz Tróia Mar \& Rio is a 4-star hotel unit composed of 242 apartments, divided between the Troia Mar\&Rio building, offering wellness options at the Wellness Centre (featuring indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, and fitness room) and spaces dedicated to younger guests \- Baby Corner, Kids Club, and Teen Club. It also features two restaurants and two bars. The Editory By The Sea is a 5-star unit comprising 132 apartments, equipped with one restaurant, one bar, and two meeting rooms. We are currently reinforcing the fixed structure of the Commercial Department by hiring a Groups Coordinator (M/F/D): **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the execution of group bookings and events, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. * Act as the main intermediary between clients, internal departments, and external partners, ensuring all operational requirements are effectively and efficiently met; * Prepare proposals and follow-ups; * Collaborate closely with departments such as Reservations, Reception, Housekeeping, F\&B, among others; * Maintain consistent communication with clients before, during, and after each event; * Supervise the complete coordination of all groups and events, from confirmation through to completion; * Manage room lists and coordinate meals, meeting spaces, audiovisual requirements, transportation, activities, and any additional requested services; * Provide on-site support during check\-in and key moments to ensure guest satisfaction; * Collect client feedback and identify areas for improvement to enhance future operations; * Identify new business opportunities and client needs to drive sales and increase profitability; **Requirements:** * Academic degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, or related field; * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role with an operational focus; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high level of autonomy; * Teamwork, flexibility, and problem-solving ability in a dynamic and high-pressure environment; * Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of other languages is a plus; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends during event days; * Experience with systems such as Opera and other relevant platforms (preferred). **Work Location:** Tróia
