




**You are** * Discreet and organized: you make our guests feel at home * Attentive, you provide personalized service and a unique experience for each guest * Meticulous, your sense of service is impeccable and you have an eye for detail **Your responsibilities will include** * Assisting the chief housekeeper in checking the cleanliness of rooms and common areas * Reporting any operational issues to the maintenance department * Anticipating and responding to the various demands and needs of resort guests * Managing the maintenance team (30 to 50 employees) * Monitoring stock levels, identifying supply needs, and placing orders * Ensuring work is carried out according to Club Med’s high-quality standards * Being fully familiar with the resort and working in collaboration with relevant departments (reception, laundry, buffet) * Guaranteeing service quality, compliance with Club Med’s health and safety regulations, and property maintenance.
