We are seeking a hospitality-passionate professional to coordinate our Housekeeping team, leading the project from the opening phase through to daily resort operations. You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing best practices for the department, ensuring the brand’s excellence standards. Together, we are redefining hospitality and lifestyle for investors, property owners, and travelers worldwide. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor services delivered by the cleaning team, ensuring operational quality standards; * Coordinate the team’s daily operations; * Conduct post-cleaning inspections, ensuring spaces are ready for occupancy; * Report and coordinate requirements with various teams; * Manage inventory and stock of supplies, ensuring proper maintenance and optimal material utilization; * Manage laundry services; * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational procedures; * Ensure integration and training of new team members; * Address guest requests and manage complaints related to cleaning. **What We Expect From You:** * Minimum mandatory education level (preferably 12th grade or a technical course in hospitality); * Prior experience in the hospitality/hospitality sector; * Leadership ability, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; * Strong communication skills and ease in interpersonal relationships; * Basic computer literacy (Excel and/or hotel management software); * Experience managing outsourced teams (valued). **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary package with opportunities for professional development and growth; * Accommodation, if required; * An international and rapidly growing environment with an outstanding real estate portfolio; * A collaborative and dynamic workplace where critical thinking and initiative are valued; * The opportunity to work for a high-growth international company with an excellent real estate and hospitality portfolio.
