Define necessary service reporting and monitor daily KPIs **Description:** ---------------- Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Ensure customer satisfaction by analysing questions/complaints and preventing future issues; * Coordinate with close teams for the development and optimization of the service; * Client follow\-up meetings with the necessary information; * Coordinate with product areas to ensure alignment of the service, including the definition of requirements, reporting, applicability of the appropriate business model, and follow\-up until production deployment; * Define necessary service reporting, ensure update needs, and monitor daily service KPIs. **Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Science, Management or similar; * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Management or similar functions; * Previous experience with Data Analysis (SQL, Power BI, ...); * Client\-focused mindset and experience; * Knowledge of Fraud will be highly valued; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
