Join us in shaping the future of real estate. We are currently looking for a new member for the **Departments \| Recruitment** team to join us in the position of **Risk Analyst**. Working Place: 1\. Locations \| Recruitment **Requirements:** * Degree and/or master in Management, Finance, or a related field. * Proven experience of at least 2 years in risk management. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; **Responsibilities:** * Create and maintain comprehensive risk management documentation, including risk registers, incident reports, and risk assessment reports. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to evaluate existing processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement to enhance risk mitigation efforts. * Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, presenting risk profiles and recommending appropriate risk management actions. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including insurance providers, and auditors. * Collaborate in cross\-departmental projects focused on risk and compliance, contributing to enhance organizational resilience.
