Then this position is for you! Your responsibilities will include: * Monthly payroll processing, including overtime, allowances, and deductions; * Managing hires, terminations, and contractual changes; * Fulfilling legal obligations (Social Security, IRS, etc.); * Monitoring attendance, holidays, and absenteeism; * Addressing employee inquiries regarding salaries; * Supporting audits and internal reporting. What we are looking for: * Education in Human Resources, Management, or a related field; * Knowledge of labor legislation; * Prior experience in payroll functions; * Proficiency in computer tools (Excel and payroll software); * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality.
