




Job Summary: Coordinate the TSST team, manage hazard identification and risk assessment, ensure legal compliance, and promote workplace safety. Key Highlights: 1. Occupational risk management and promotion of training initiatives We are seeking a Safety Responsible (M/F) for the Integrated Management System Department (Quality, Environment, and Safety): **Required Profile:** * Higher education degree in Occupational Safety Engineering or equivalent; * Professional Aptitude Certificate for Senior Occupational Safety Technician \- Level VI; * Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial or production environments involving ergonomic/ repetitive work occupational risks; * In-depth knowledge of OSH legislation; * Familiarity with ISO 45001 standard; * Team management experience; * Planning and organizational skills; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally across departments; * Proficiency in standard user-level IT tools and English language; * Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Quality and Environmental Management Systems standards (preferred). **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the TSST team, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and support professional development; * Coordinate the identification, planning, and implementation of legal safety requirements; * Manage hazard identification, occupational risk assessment, definition of control measures, dissemination, and follow-up; * Coordinate annual planning, implementation, and monitoring/ measurement of OSH performance; * Ensure compliance with established procedures and keep applicable documentation updated; * Promote training initiatives; * Manage incidents, non-conformities, and corrective actions; * Coordinate employee consultation and participation on OSH matters; * Coordinate external communications related to safety; * Support occupational health visits and assist in defining and implementing measures to protect employee health; * Manage emergency response (self-protection measures); * Participate in Strategic and Operational Management activities of the IMS (strategy definition, objective and target setting, performance monitoring, and improvement); * Participate in the implementation and maintenance of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System according to ISO 45001; * Participate in the planning and implementation of new processes and products. **Work Location:** Serpins (Lousã) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours
