Permanent employment with the company **FUNCTION:** * Operate, adjust, and monitor paper-based typographic printing and engraving machines; * Prepare materials and surfaces for printing; * Ensure preparation of inks and typographic clichés prior to machine loading; * Monitor and fine-tune machines to guarantee print quality in accordance with established procedures; * Perform daily maintenance operations on the printing line (cliché cleaning and lubrication); * Assist the maintenance team in resolving minor adjustments. **Requirements:** * **Proven experience in similar flexographic roles (mandatory);** * **Availability for rotating shifts (mandatory);** * English; * User-level computer skills; * Organizational and time-management skills; * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. **We Offer:** * Opportunity for permanent employment with the company; * Integration into a solid and rapidly expanding company; * Opportunity for professional growth and development.
