**Junior Product Manager** We are a distributor of leading pharmaceutical brands and are strengthening our Marketing team with the addition of a **Junior Product Manager**. We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-oriented individual eager to grow and develop skills in brand management. **Key responsibilities:** * Collaborate in developing and implementing marketing plans for various brands; * Propose, develop, and adapt point-of-sale (POS) materials; * Plan, manage, and implement digital and influencer marketing campaigns; * Monitor product lifecycle: forecasting, sales analysis, and campaign impact evaluation; * Control and manage the marketing budget; * Support the sales team by providing necessary tools and materials; * Conduct market and competitive analyses; **What we are looking for:** * Proactive and dynamic, capable of working autonomously, managing multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines; * Excellent communication and organizational skills; * 1–2 years of professional experience in similar roles; * Degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or related fields; * Fluency in English, both spoken and written; **Conditions:** * Join a dynamic and collaborative team in an environment that promotes work-life balance, continuous learning, professional development, and compensation aligned with the role and experience. * Annual gross salary: €15,000 – €20,000, commensurate with candidate’s experience and profile.
