We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Technical Department. In this role, you will serve as the company’s technical reference, ensuring effective liaison among the workshop, customers, and brands, helping resolve technical challenges and delivering excellent service. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to the workshop in analyzing and resolving technical issues; * Support customers and partner workshops, ensuring outstanding technical assistance; * Manage and oversee warranty processes with represented brands; * Act as the technical liaison between Carbus, brands, and strategic customers; * Identify and develop technical solutions for pre- and post-sales challenges; **We Are Looking For A Professional With** * A university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, or relevant professional experience in technical roles within the automotive sector; * Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills; * Excellent communication skills and customer orientation; * Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; * Initiative, autonomy, and a team-oriented mindset; * Willingness to undertake occasional travel. **What We Offer** * Integration into a solid and growing company; * Direct contact with leading brands; * Continuous technical training; * A challenging role offering autonomy, responsibility, and significant professional development potential.
