What are we looking for? * Over 5 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable machine learning products; * Strong knowledge of ML algorithms, pipelines, and data transformation processes; * Proficiency in Python, SQL, and software design patterns; * Proven experience implementing ML solutions in microservices architectures within production environments; * At least 2 years of experience working with GCP tools in ML workflows (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Composer, Cloud Storage); * Demonstrated experience with LangChain, NLP, LLMs, RAGs, and embedding models; * Solid experience in MLOps, automation, and CI/CD for ML workflows; * Experience with testing methodologies (unit, integration, end-to-end) and proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes; * Experience mentoring and supporting other ML developers (preferred); * Experience in the Retail or eCommerce sector (preferred); * Familiarity with server-driven architectures and advanced search agents (preferred); * Strong focus on automation and AI-powered productivity tools (preferred); * Availability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra (mandatory); * Fluency in English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
