




**On a daily basis, you will perform tasks such as:** * Implement and enforce the store’s customer service model, instilling in the team the importance of customer attention; * Use key store profitability analysis tools to support decision-making, thereby boosting sales and ensuring implementation of necessary actions; * Manage the store regarding its image, team, and commercial objectives, in accordance with internal guidelines; * Plan, organize, and monitor store operations; * Ensure appropriate recruitment, onboarding, integration, and training of new employees; * Manage and promote the development of team members; **What we value:** * Completed secondary education (12th grade) or a bachelor’s degree; * Minimum two years’ experience in similar roles; * User-level computer skills; * Experience in sales analysis and KPIs; * Leadership, team development, and team management capabilities; * Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Customer orientation; * Flexibility regarding working hours.
