You’ll work mainly in Portugal but are available also for regional assignments in South Europe when needed. Your contribution to actively support our service sales is expected. You’ll promote service solutions that bring added value to our customers, and you’ll train our customers to use Valmet solutions in the most efficient way. What you’ll need to be successful in the role You can be either experienced professional or newly graduated – main thing is your attitude and willingness to learn! You like instrumentation, electronics, programming and have technical skills. To be successful in this role, you’ll need in addition: * Relevant educational background such as bachelor’s degree in engineering or recognized technical school with experience. * Experience in the field of instrumentation is a plus. * Experience with electronics, electrical cabinets and programming is a plus. * Ability to work under pressure in different customer situations and in different cultural environments. * Self\-managed and ability to set your own daily and weekly priorities with the customer. * Passion for serving customers and for collaborating with your colleagues. * Passion for applying world\-class technology to our customers benefit. * Knowledge of our customers’ processes, mainly Pulp and Paper are considered as an advantage. * Fluent in English.
