We are recruiting a **Generalist Instructor (M/F)** for **Element Trofa**, with the following profile: Your responsibilities: * Exercise prescription, monitoring, supervision, safety assurance, support, correction, and motivation of clients during cardiofitness and strength training sessions; * Ensuring the quality of the services provided; What we are looking for in you: * Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science or certification as a Physical Exercise Technician (mandatory license); * Mandatory professional experience in similar roles within a gym environment; * Strong communication skills; * Passion for the sports field; * Dynamism and versatility What we offer: * Employment contract; * Weekly working hours: 20h; * Opportunity for career advancement.
