We are looking for a **Functional Analyst/Operational Support** professional to join our company on one of our projects in the **banking** sector, located in **Amadora**. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze business-identified requirements in application development projects and refine them. * Translate business needs into clear and complete functional specifications. * Model processes, data flows, and business rules within a banking context. * Support technical teams during application development and clarify functional queries. * Validate solutions through functional testing, including test plan development. * Support incident management, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation. * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal banking sector policies. * Produce functional documentation, use cases, user stories, and operational manuals. * Coordinate with vendors and external teams when required. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: Interact with various departments (business and IT teams) and vendors to ensure IT solutions align with business objectives. Interpret business requirements and act as the liaison with other technical teams and vendors. * Operational/technical support: Monitor and facilitate technical/operational support for incident response, service requests, user clarifications; whenever application errors occur, liaise and coordinate with vendors and technical teams for resolution. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in technology projects. * Experience in the banking sector, preferably in investment-related areas. * Preferred technical knowledge: SQL Server, Oracle, Visual Studio C\#. * Functional knowledge in the following areas: Stock Exchange, Brokerage, Futures, Commercial Paper, Real Estate Investment Funds, and Securities Investment Funds. * Application knowledge: Sifox (Finantech), Binfolio (Celfocus), Fundmanager (Fundmanager), or equivalent applications. * Proactivity, autonomy, and goal orientation. * Strong analytical ability and critical thinking skills. * High adaptability and resilience. * Excellent interpersonal skills when engaging with stakeholders and team members. * Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory). **Work Arrangement:** * Hybrid (two days per week in the office). **We Offer:** * Unlimited access to Udemy; * 22 vacation days plus 3.5 tolerance days per year; * Health insurance.
