This role will play a central part in ensuring the resilience, availability, and sustainable growth of enterprise services and high-operational-demand environments, actively contributing to modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **7 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure and platform administration.** * Minimum of **3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS in production environments.** * Proven experience in **critical operations, upgrades, and migrations with minimal downtime.** * Solid knowledge of **Windows Server, IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, networking fundamentals, and security and access management (RBAC, least privilege).** * Experience in **troubleshooting and operating critical environments.** * Ability to work autonomously, with strong ownership mindset and accountability.
