You will monitor manufacturing processes, ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards, and support the team in maintaining food safety levels. Your Responsibilities - Control of the manufacturing process, including recording weights, temperatures, and protective atmosphere; - Monitor metal detection systems and pH control; - Ensure supply of consumables in the production area and perform intermediate cleanings. Requirements - Completion of 12th grade, preferably with training in Food Safety; - Teamwork skills, organization, autonomy, and attention to personal hygiene; - Availability to work shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with rotating days off, including alternate Saturdays; - Own vehicle, due to location and working hours. What We Offer - Base salary: €920; - Meal allowance: €5; - Monthly bonus: €50.
