Responsibilities: - Ensure the proper functioning of the production line and that production complies with product specifications; - Comply with QESH system work procedures and instructions; - Report incidents and accidents; - Comply with work procedures and instructions; - Carry out tasks essential to the proper operation of production lines, operating assigned machinery; - Perform checks indicated in the control plan, working under self-control; - Segregate defective products; - Implement actions indicated in the BRC plan; - Complete quality, cleaning, waste and order change records; - Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with the 5S policy; - Comply with and enforce safety and environmental rules as implemented by the company; - Comply with current food safety standards in the company.
