Prior bartending experience and/or formal bar training are mandatory requirements; knowledge of barista skills is highly valued. Requirements: Previous experience as a bartender, with strong understanding of mixology and customer service. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse customers. Punctuality, organization, and composure under stressful situations. Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Language proficiency (Portuguese and English are mandatory).
