Come be part of Inetum! **Job Description** We are recruiting a new team member to serve as a **Senior Project Manager** within the Transformation \& Value Enablement team to ensure the delivery of Change Requests across multiple technology clusters. This role requires a balanced combination of technical and behavioral competencies, with strong results orientation and the ability to operate effectively in complex and dynamic environments. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and execute small IT projects: define project scope, required resources, team management, and adherence to established timelines; * Manage the full lifecycle of CrossCRs: analysis, planning, execution, testing, and delivery; * Assess technical and functional impacts of changes, promoting alignment among involved areas; * Demonstrate high autonomy and capability to manage complex situations; * Actively support ongoing transformation initiatives within the organization; * Exhibit agile organizational skills and leadership behaviors aligned with team culture; * Promote best practices in IT governance and Change Management; * Provide constructive feedback to team members, participating in continuous improvement processes; * Review and manage pending items, risks, and issues to ensure up-to-date project status, as necessary and appropriate; * Follow client standards and templates for project management **Qualifications** Professional Experience Requirements * Minimum 5 years of experience in project management; * Solid knowledge of general Information Systems management and high proficiency in managing implementation processes for highly integrated systems with market-standard middleware; * Experience in integration projects involving multiple systems is valued; * Experience in consulting projects; * Prior experience in collaborative projects within the same industry sector will be advantageous. Technical Skills Requirements * Proficiency in Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Jira, Power BI, and others. Language Requirements * Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory) * Oral and written fluency in English * Oral and written fluency in Spanish (preferred) Behavioral Profile Requirements * Resilient, organized, and capable of managing stressful situations.
