This role involves leading the team scaling our next\-gen DAST solution \- Snyk API \& Web \- built for the future of AI\-powered software development. **What You’ll Do:** * You’ll be accountable for co\-developing the team roadmap and supporting technical direction. * Ensure new team members are onboarded, effectively contributing to the expected level and supporting existing team members to do their best work. * Coach direct reports through productive feedback, building on strengths and addressing areas of development. * Help the team learn, adapt and improve upon agile and lean methodologies. You’ll help the team understand and maintain a balance between delivery speed and product quality. * You’ll be responsible for the team’s on\-call process and rota, and be a point of escalation for incidents. * You’ll be a key part of applying our Product Led Growth practices to identify, measure and constantly improve our platform through experimentation. * Partake in hands\-on coding as needed, including code reviews. **What You Bring:** * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excel in cross\-functional collaboration and communication. * Possess a solid understanding of system architecture and design. * Demonstrate problem\-solving abilities in complex technical environments. * A track record of delivering high\-quality, scalable software solutions. * A Software Engineering background, with Java, TypeScript or Python programming skills. **It’d Be Awesome If You Also…** * Have the ability to plan ahead and visualise the bigger picture and wider team's long\-term goals. \#LI\-CR1 \#LI\-Hybrid
