Positive work environment and professional development REPSOL IN SINES IS SEEKING TO HIRE **Maintenance Work Planner** We are looking for a professional to work at the Sines Industrial Complex as a Work Planner for static and dynamic equipment. Your main responsibility will be preparing maintenance work for static equipment and other trades, in accordance with the Company’s established Ethics and Conduct Principles, and Health, Safety, Environment and Quality procedures. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Apply planning techniques based on work preparations to promote coordination of sequential activities and ensure availability of necessary resources for project execution; * Schedule and plan work according to agreed deadlines and assign tasks to relevant stakeholders; * Monitor and control work execution to implement necessary adjustments due to delays or accelerations, whenever justified by circumstances; * Execute and monitor preventive maintenance programs; * Prepare statistical reports related to maintenance activities; * Draft service specifications/tender documents and validate technical proposals for materials and services. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 12th grade education, with experience in preparation, planning and budgeting of maintenance work across different specialties; * Experience in executing or coordinating/supervising maintenance work on-site; * Proficiency in standard user-level IT tools, including SAP (preferred) and Microsoft Project; * Solid knowledge of static and dynamic equipment maintenance, welded construction, and applied materials; * Positive attitude, initiative, teamwork and collaboration, responsibility, and results orientation; * Languages: Portuguese \- Native language, English \- B1, Spanish \- B1\. **WE OFFER** A positive work environment focused on quality and rigor.
