Responsibilities Planning, implementing, and monitoring digital campaigns focused on engagement and conversion; Managing and updating content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, among others; Creating posts tailored to each social media platform (text, image, and video); Responding to messages, comments, and information requests across digital channels; Tracking potential customers (leads) throughout the sales funnel until conversion; Providing basic information and support regarding the company’s products and/or services.
