We are currently looking for an **IT Support** professional to join us on this journey, reporting directly to the **IT Operations Coordinator**. **Mission:** Ensure high-quality support for organizational users by performing system and network maintenance, as well as all necessary technical and administrative tasks to guarantee the operation of the organization’s IT and communications systems. **Your typical day-to-day responsibilities…** * Provide technical support to users (remote and on-site); * Support hardware and software configuration based on Microsoft Windows systems; * Participate in IT Operations projects, particularly in opening new stores; * Participate in hardware and software inventory management; * Perform preservation, maintenance, and repair of computer equipment; * Conduct preventive visits to stores; * Ensure implementation of information security, confidentiality, and integrity mechanisms. **What we value in your profile…** * Technical vocational training in Computer Science or a related field; * Experience in supporting and maintaining computer equipment; * Experience in cabling installation, IT rack organization, and data center setup; * Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and Active Directory; * Flexibility regarding working hours; * Willingness to travel between Portugal and Spain; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
